Location:

Sunny and quiet area, located away from the traffic with a perfect distant view and directly in the skiing area. Reachable by car, also in winter-times (with 4WD or snow-chains).

Distances: Lachtal ski resort: near the lodge, shop: 2km away, inn: 1km away, next village: 10km away. Cross-country skiing- and tobogganing runs: nearby. Great place for hiking and mountain-bike tours! Bread delivery service in the main season.

Facilities:

The hut was recently completely renovated and extended luxurously.
Ground floor: Living snuggery with electric oven, stovepipe, dishwasher, fridge, deep freezer, beer tapping plant, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, tiled stove with integrated wood stove, dining table. Bath with steam shower, WC, a doubleroom.
Upper floor: 2 doubleroom. A room with Sat-TV. Washing machine available. In front of the hut there is a sun terrace with seating place, barbecue, swing. Next to the hut there is an own sauna hut. Pond for paddling, swimming or, on request, fishes can be put in for angling.

Additional Costs:

Electricity, tax, if required bed linen can be rented, additional bed EUR 8,–/day, deposit EUR 100,–. Flatrate for wood + EUR 35,–
