Location:

The house is located in a small weekend-settlement, in a nice and sunny garden right at the foot of the "Klippitztoerl" mountain.

Distances:

The Klippitztörl ski resort with a skiing-school, tobogganing runs, an ice-skating ring and cross-country skiing tracks: 1,5km, an inn: 700m shops in the village "Bad St. Leonhard :12km/7.4miles. There are hiking trails starting off directly from the house (in summer) , tennis court: 5km.

Facilities:

The house has a very cosy living room with corner seating unit, tiled stove and SAT-TV. A kitchenette with an electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee-maker. 2 bed rooms, one with a double bed and the other is with a bunk-bed. Shower/WC. The attic room could be accesses from the twin bedroom (with ladder).
Attic room: a double bed.
In the basement: a new sauna with a shower . In front of the house: garden chairs and a grill, deck-chairs..etc. Also available: roofed parking place.

Additional Costs:

Electricity, local tax, pet 20-35 EUR/week, bed clothes can be rented.
