Location:

The chalet is located in a quiet and sunny, beautiful area near a farm house. An ideal vacation location for children.
Distances: nearest village Strallegg with shops, swimming pool and a tennis court: 3km (140km from Vienna and 60km from Graz respectively). Farm products ( milk, eggs, jam.. etc.) could be purchased from the nearby farm. The Wenigzell ski resort with 2 lifts, a children lift and a ski-school: 3km, the Alpl ski resort with lit ski-slope for skiing at night: 15km.

Facilities:

2 flats with two separate exits.
Ground floor: a completely equipped kitchen with a dinning table, a living room with a tiled stove, a seating unit, couch, sat-TV and a bunk bed (on request). A bedroom with one double bed and one single bed and a bathroom with a shower, a bath tub and a washing machine, parking lot.
First floor: living room with couch, sat-TV, a dining table and a kitchenette, 1 double bedroom and another bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. A bathroom with a shower, sauna and a washing machine. In front of the house:a playground, and a grill.
