Ground floor: Spacious kitchen with seating corner, wood stove, electric oven, stovepipe, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machines, toaster, etc., living room with couch corner and SAT-TV, bath with shower, WC.
Upper floor: 4 bedrooms with wash basin, bath with tub, WC.
Oil central heating. In front of the house there is a fenced garden seating place, charcoal barbecue.

Electricity, heating (oil, wood), local tax, pets EUR 20,-/week, bed linen can be rented, deposit EUR 150,–.
